The app says my purchase didn't go through but my card was charged.

Apple processes payments through your Apple ID — we never see your card. If you see a charge but no credits, force-quit Furified and reopen it; the credits sync on launch. If they still don't appear, email us with the Apple receipt and we'll fix it.

Where do my pet photos go?

Photos are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis and discarded immediately after. Furified does not store your photos. The text descriptions Claude generates are saved so you can revisit your past furifies.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email support@furified.app with the Apple ID identifier shown in the app's Settings screen. We'll delete your record and furify history within 30 days.

The reveal animation is stuck or the app froze on the loading screen.

The app should automatically time out after 15 seconds and reset to the camera. If it doesn't, force-quit Furified (swipe up and flick the app away) and reopen. If the issue persists across multiple tries, email us with your iOS version and a screenshot.

The match Furified gave my pet doesn't fit at all.

Furify again — Furified intentionally generates wildly different matches each time, even for the same photo. Different rarities (especially Mythical pulls) tend to produce more unhinged matches. If a result is offensive or inappropriate, please email us.

Will Furified ever store or train on my photos?

No. We don't store photos and we don't have any model-training pipeline. The Claude API call is a one-shot analysis with no retention.

How do I get more credits without paying?

Share your furify with the in-app share button — that earns you a free furify. Credits also refresh automatically every Friday.

Does Furified work on iPad / Apple Watch / Android?

Currently iPhone only (iOS 17 or newer). iPad runs the app in compatibility mode. Apple Watch and Android are not supported.
